usually seafront it used to be good for skatin but now the council has put a fence along the top of the stairs although i think the benches are still skateable and the floor is nice :) oh and 7th floor of the car park behind mcdonalds (smackhead central though)

There are always groups of bored looking teenagers hanging around EVERYWHERE.
Some kids like hanging around in the kids swings at the top of Market street, I suppose it's as good a place to smoke pot as anywhere.
The best place is down by the harbour. On Torre Abbey - there are loads of places really because Torquay is the best place on Earth.
